Phil Biedron was born and raised in Chicago and has been active as a comic for the past two years, making him now a mature 23 years old. Phil tries to bring originality to his routine: armed with a tenor banjo, misleading impressions, and a nervous wreck for a stage persona. A UIC theatre graduate, Phil also is an actor/improviser who can be spotted at Second City with his group Thunderwolves. Phil tries to make his set memorable and would like to be known as the Polish Cowboy.
In addition to countless open mics in Chicago, Phil has performed for church events, UIC art festival(s), and he even brought along the banjo on a backpacking excursion last summer that lasted three months. His crowning achievement was performing on Las Ramblas, Barcelona; naked. Phil was promptly escorted by the police for not having a permit. (FYI public nudity legal in Catalunya.)
Lastly, Phil does a series of music videos under the alter ego Pierre, a French pop star. Using skills learned from Garageband and French 101, Pierre’s hits include Le Numero and Menage a Trois (avec moi).
