Laz began his career early on, performing in diapers for family members. His first performance was for the Robert Fulton Grammar School Talent Show.
He later studied theatre at Rider University and Ramapo College performing in such plays as, “A Few Good Men”, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, and as Mack the Knife in “Three Penny Opera”.
Laz trained as a classical and contemporary actor and also began to write and direct his own one act plays. He is founder of Ramapo’s first comedy troupe, “The Peanut Gallery”, producing original sketch comedies from slap-stick to musicals.
In New York City he soon found work with several theatre companies becoming a member and resident director for the LIVE THEATRE GANG and going on tour with AISLINGS ARTS. Soon he became a fixture in the comedy club circuit appearing in clubs across the city.
In 2004 he joined the cast of LLEGAMOS on the Latin Television Network where he wrote and performed his original sketch comedy.Today you can catch this comedian performing in the biggest comedy clubs across the country.
