Lucas Bohn began performing comedy
for friends and family in the small town of
Mathews, Virginia. Lucas quickly discovered that he had a love for the stage and performing when he got his first role in a regional theatrical production when he was in the second grade. In elementary school Lucas purchased a joke book called “Snaps” and quickly began writing jokes, insults, and puns for his friends. Lucas then wrote the authors of the book and included a few of his jokes. Two months later Bohn received a letter from the producers of “Snaps 2” informing him that three of his jokes would be included in the upcoming book. At the age of 11 Lucas became the first published member of his family. After high school Lucas attended college at Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach, SC. While attending college Lucas decided to try his hand at stand-up at a local club. A month later the owner asked him to be a regular house emcee. Over the next few months the budding comic honed his skills performing at clubs up and down the east coast.
Upon graduating, Bohn moved to the Washington DC area. He began teaching during the day and performing stand-up at night and on the weekends. After performing at the Detroit Comedy Festival agent Dave Moroz,President of Aspen Talent, asked to represent Lucas in the college sector. Lucas now performances at clubs, theaters and colleges throughout the United States.
