Since being named a finalist in Showtime’s “Funniest Person in America” contest, Roger has made national television appearances on the Showtime Cable Television Network, Showtime’s “Comedy Club Network,” and TNN. Roger has performed in concert with such notables as the legendary Chuck Berry, Clarence Carter and Alabama. Besides performing, Roger is also an avid comedy writer. He has contributed laughs to Jay Leno’s “Tonight Show” monologue, as well as being a regular writer for the nationally syndicated panel cartoon “Lucky Angler,” and the comic strip “Noogie Elementary.” His humorous writing work for numerous Industrial films has included such clients as the Krystal Restaurants and the Augusta National Golf and Country Club.
