Since 2004 Laura has performed stand-up all over New York City and Los Angeles at various clubs, festivals, bars, and dungeons including Carolines on Broadway, Comedy Cellar, Gotham Comedy Club, StandUp NY, Comix Comedy Club, Broadway Comedy Club, Laugh Factory NY, Hollywood Improv, The Comedy Store, The Ice House, Downtown Comedy Club, Jon Lovitz Comedy Club, and Flappers Comedy Club.
Festival appearances include the New York Fringe Festival, NYC Underground Comedy Festival, HA! Comedy Festival, Hollywood Comedy Festival, California Comedy Festival, Ladies of Laughter Festival.
Since moving to Los Angeles in 2009 from New York, Laura wrote, produced and starred in the comedic short film, TEN MINUTE DECADE. Laura won Best Actress in a Short Film by the Sunset International Film Festival.
TEN MINUTE DECADE has been selected to screen by the 2011 Big Apple Film Festival, Fall 2011 Los Angeles Film and Script Festival, Nitehawk Cinema Short Film Exhibition, 2012 Beverly Hills Shorts Festival, Spring 2012 New Filmmakers Screening Series.
