Growing up in Opelika, Alabama, Jody Fuller had to overcome two things: poverty and stuttering. "If I had a nickel for every time I was made fun of, I would have retired at 12."
He still hasn't overcome the stuttering and that's just fine with him as he enjoys bringing awareness to stuttering through his humor.
Jody served in the Army for over 8 years and continues to serve in the National Guard where he currently holds the rank of Captain. He has three tours of duty in Iraq.
He has performed for the troops in the United States, as well as Iraq. In the fall of 2012, he entertained soldiers at 12 different Army installations across America.
In 2012, he was voted "Best Newcomer" at the Clean Comedy Challenge."
In 2009, he spent 25 days entertaining troops across Afghanistan and the Middle East with Armed Forces Entertainment.
He's also performed at the 2009 Branson Comedy Festival, the 2007 DC Comedy, and 2005 Comedy Festival in Las Vegas.
