Danny Keaton is a comedian from Dallas, Texas who tours comedy clubs nationwide.
Adopted at an early age, Danny had a stuttering problem in grade school. After overcoming major obstacles as a youth, including the racism of being Hispanic in a small redneck Texas town, he joined the Army after high school and pursued a career in radio broadcasting (not bad for a kid who used to stutter.)
After his father’s death and a failed marriage, Danny’s life took a downward spiral. As a cheap form of therapy and on a dare, he went on stage at an amateur night at a local comedy club--Danny was hooked! Starting out in comedy clubs in Dallas, New Orleans and Austin, he has quickly moved in an upward spiral to the ranks of headlining comedy clubs around the country.
Danny Keaton brings his own distinctive style to the stage of comedy. From his military anecdotes to his comedic attacks on religion and conservatism, Danny’s humor jabs directly at the many ironies of society’s structure. His comedy takes on the American pop-culture, main-stream media, and reality TV. He talks about online-dating and even delivers personal tips on cougar-dating!
