Broderick is a west-coast Canadian stand-up comedian living in London who has been entertaining audiences with his "confident and intelligent" (Newbury Today) mix of popular culture, philosophy and personal stories since August 2006. He is especially popular with younger or student crowds, regularly performing at Oxford's Free Beer Show, UCL's Ministry of Comedy and Roehampton University. Other clubs include various Mirth Control, Fun House Comedy, Downstairs at the King's Head, Comedy Café, Matt Crosby's Horsebridge Comedy, and 10 spots at Amused Moose Soho, as well as Yuk Yuks (Vancouver). He has also appeared as a guest on Marsha Shandur's Sunday Roast on XFM London 104.9 fm.

In August 2008 he performed in the highly successful four-hander stand-up show Homework for Heroes, alongside Nat Luurtsema, Tom Goodliffe and Helen Arney.

"Chow's jokes were smooth and comfortable, guiding the audience from one laugh to another with a steady hand. He had the knack of bringing together the diverse audience in sharing his embarrassment at life in general." - Cherwell, Oxford
