Named "Best Comedian" by the Detroit Metro Times, Beningo has appeared on the Bob and Tom radio show and on XM Sirius radio. In 2012, he was a finalist in CMT's Next Big Comic. He recently served as the warm up act for Betty White at the first Gilda Laughfest, and appeared at the Detroit Comedy Festival and Great American Comedy Festival. He has been seen on NBC's Night Shift and on the Comedy Time Network, and has worked with comedy legends Dave Coulier, Jim Breuer, Maria Bamford and Emo Philips.
