Comedian Allison Leber took to the stage after a "comedy of errors" happened one night. She went out to watch a friend perform, was accidentally entered into Columbus, Ohio's Funniest Person finals and placed 2nd. She describes herself as equal parts of every Facts of Life character, including Mrs. Garrett. Last summer, Allison wrote, co-directed and performed her one-woman show Hello, My Name ...You at Chicago's Loop Theater. She has worked comedy clubs in Columbus, Chicago, Detroit, Louisville and NYC and also appeared on ABC's 190 North. Allison is a co-founder of The Chicago Underground.
