Each Comedy Team competes head-to-head against their rival Comedy Team at premier comedy clubs throughout the U.S.
The public will vote on individual performance clips from the Regional Rival Match April 22nd - 26th to select their favorite 16 teams to advance in the competition.

The public votes for their favorite Comedy Teams from May 20th through May 24th. The Funniest 4 Comedy Teams, with the most votes, advance to the National Finals at the 2010 Aspen Rooftop Comedy Festival.
This is it. The moment we've all been waiting for. The two Comedy Teams advancing from the Semi-Finals compete in the National Finals at the Aspen Rooftop Comedy Festival.
The Comics' Challenge videos will be posted for all Select 16 Comedy Teams. Voting will be open to the public from April 29th through May 3rd.
