Fancy Ray McCloney is a comedian and television personality who has built a comedy and advertising career partly by becoming famous for being famous. Fancy Ray is most well known for being the legendary host of "Get Down With It," a Minnesota cable access tv show that aired in the 90's and featured celebrity guests like Little Richard, Whoopi Goldberg and Weird Al Yankovic.
