There's no getting around it: Adam Burke has an accent. No matter how many times he sprinkles the words "awesome," "barbecue," and /or "ranch dressing" into his verbiage, there remains the unmistakable taint of foreigner in his woe-begotten voice-box.
Having lived at various points in Australia, U.K, and the recently seceded city-state of Dallas/North Texas, Burke finally washed up on the storied shores of Chicago. There, while working as a freelance writer, he entered the tantalizing world of stand-up comedy, and has been plying his trade in same ever since.
